I definitely think I’ll cap this experiment at latest on October 14th, 2008. I’m leaning my lesson as I go through it and I’m hoping after a month that I’ll have a good little log of what 1500 calories a day looks like.
I added tea to my breakfast today.
The goal today is to select one dinner or two sides to make so that I can eat all home made, local, organic food that is portioned than go back to take away.
