Photo Diet: Day 1, Breakfast

I’m not committing to posting each meal as I have it, but I will try for one post a day when I’m away from home. Today I’m home for the morning.

I also made it to the gym this morning for a short work out. I’ll admit having to show people what I’m eating is somewhat embarrassing if I eat poorly and a big motivator to eat well. I’m also preparing myself to look like a complete idiot photographing all of my food, especially while on the road.

Breakfast was one mini-pita, 2 oz Roasted Pine Nut Hummus, and 1 McIntosh Apple.
